Introduction

Welcome to Squareme’s Virtual Dollar Card Service. By using our Virtual Dollar Card Service, you agree to these
Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Definition

VIRTUAL DOLLAR CARD refers to the digital USD card provided by Squareme.

USER / YOU refers to the individual or entity using the Virtual Dollar Card Service.

SQUAREME / WE refers to the service provider.

Virtual Dollar Card Usage and Limitations

3.1. Each user is limited to one Virtual Dollar Card at any given time.

3.2. The minimum amount that can be loaded onto the Virtual Dollar Card is $10.

3.3. A one-off fee of $2 will be charged for the creation of the Virtual Dollar Card. This fee will be debited from the user's Squareme wallet at the prevailing exchange rate.

3.4. The Virtual Dollar Card is accepted on all international sites, except for the categories listed in section 7 of this policy.

Insufficient Balance and Termination

4.1. If a user has three failed transactions due to insufficient balance, their Virtual Dollar Card will be terminated.

4.2. Upon termination, a penalty fee of $5 will be charged.

4.3. The balance, less the penalty fee, will be converted to its Naira equivalent and credited to the user's Squareme wallet.

4.4. After termination, users can request a new Virtual Dollar Card, subject to the one-off fee mentioned in section 3.3.

Exchange Rate

5.1. The prevailing exchange rate will be displayed on the Squareme App during any transaction.

5.2. The Naira equivalent of any transaction will be debited from the user's Squareme Naira wallet.

Reporting System Flaws

6.1. Squareme does not tolerate users exploiting flaws or errors in the system.

6.2. Users are obligated to immediately report any noticed flaw or error to Squareme at hi@squareme.app.

6.3. Users found taking advantage of the system will be barred from the Squareme platform.

Excluded Categories

The Virtual Dollar Card cannot be used for transactions related to:

• Money Transfers (4829)
• Travel Related Arrangement Services (5962)
• Outbound Telemarketing Merchants (5966)
• Non-Financial Institutions/Cryptocurrency (6051)
• Security Brokers/Dealers (6211)
• Dating and Escort Services (7273)
• Massage Parlors (7297)
• Government-owned Lotteries (7800)
• Government-licensed Online Casinos (Online Gambling) (7801)
• Government-licensed Horse/Dog Racing (7802)
• Betting and Online Gambling (7995)

Miscellaneous

8.1. Squareme reserves the right to modify or terminate the Virtual Dollar Card Service,
or your access to the service, for any reason, without notice, at any time, and without liability to you.

8.2. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
